CNSolutions LLC is an IT-Services small business started in 2019 with a vision towards perfecting the minimization of complexity (to the client) in the delivery of software services.

Software is usually applied to better organize various categories of transactions among individuals in the physical world. Transactions at their core are usually relationship, monetary, goods or services-related. To that end, the purpose is to help facilitate that exchange with a clarity that enables that transaction to occur at its best ability while relegating the software that makes it possible to the background. This understanding underscores our motto of clarify, simplify, deliver.

Clarify

Communicate often. Communicate before, during and after. Reduce gaps in understanding with a fundamental view that any decisions undertaken by the team are made with the best information at that time which is available to all decision-makers.

Simplify

Reduce complexity in the widget to ensure that the greater population can understand it, make the correct decisions concerning it and can support it long-term. There is little reason to build a widget that few can understand and support unless the widget is built for its own sake and/or is intellectual property.

Deliver

We subscribe to the simple transaction. Trust is the bedrock of any successful transaction of which we are a facilitator. To that end, committments should be made when all available information is understood. Once made, committments must be kept. This forms our ethics and by so doing, the client relationship and trust trancends in priority all other types of transactions in all cases.
